Our cookies are made from scratch using gluten-free flour, organic cane sugar, plant butter, olive oil, and vanilla extract—simple ingredients you can feel good about. Each frosting is freshly made in-house with organic cane sugar, olive oil, and natural flavor extracts.

Cookie Ingredients: Sweet rice flour, rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2)], xanthan gum, cellulose gum, cassava flour, potato starch, organic cane sugar, plant butter (vegetable oil blend, water, salt, natural flavor, pea protein isolate, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, annatto extract) extra virgin olive oil, vanilla extract (water, 41% alcohol and vanilla bean extractives), rosemary, apple cider vinegar, and water.
Chocolate Icing: Organic powdered sugar, cacao powder, extra virgin olive oil, vanilla extract (water, 41% alcohol and vanilla bean extractives), and water.
Vanilla Icing: Organic powdered sugar, extra virgin olive oil, vanilla extract (water, 41% alcohol and vanilla bean extractives), caramel flavor, and water.
Strawberry Icing: Organic powdered sugar, extra virgin olive oil, strawberry extract (water, alcohol, strawberry juice, natural flavor (including extractives of strawberry) & lactic acid, vanilla extract (water, 41% alcohol and vanilla bean extractives), red food coloring (water, propylene glycol, FD&C Reds 40 and 3, propylparaben (preservative), and water.
Rainbow Sprinkle Ingredients: Sugar, cornstarch, with 2% or less of the following: annatto extract (color), carnauba wax, confectioner’s glaze, spirulina extract (color), turmeric extract (color), vegetable juice (color).
Chocolate Sprinkle Ingredients: Sugar, palm kernel oil, palm oil, cocoa processed with alkali, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, maltodextrin, carnauba wax, sodium carboxymethlycellulose.
