Hydrogenated oils – These are heavily processed fats that can raise bad cholesterol and are known to increase the risk of heart disease. No thanks.
High-fructose corn syrup – This ultra-processed sweetener is linked to energy crashes, weight gain, and blood sugar spikes. Definitely not the kind of sugar rush we're looking for!

Instead, we say YES to real, clean, feel-good ingredients like:

Organic cane sugar – A less processed alternative that brings just the right touch of sweetness without the junk.
Extra virgin olive oil – A heart-healthy fat loaded with antioxidants. It’s not just for salads anymore—yes, it bakes beautifully too!
Plant-based butter – Creamy, rich, and dairy-free. It gives our cookies and cakes that perfect texture without the stomach aches or dairy drama.
